Haven't seen the Arnold's double protein bread around here. I bought 4 loaves of the P-28 bread. I eat a slice of it every day, sometimes twice a day. I eat it with 2 T. Naturally More peanut butter, or with some ICBINB fat-free spread and some sugar free jelly, or some Ideal and cinnamon, or as french toast, stuffed french toast, or as a sandwich with lunchmeat. Gonna try grilled cheese next. The texture does take some getting used to, though. It hasn't bothered my pouch any, and hasn't caused any weight gain (but I do weigh myself about 3x per week to keep on eye on it). P-28 is pretty pricey, so I'm gonna look for the arnold's bread and see if the stats on it are good, cause it would probably be cheaper and it may not be as dense.

I like Country Kitchen Light Wheat bread.  It is 35 cal, 8 carbs, 2 g fiber, 2 g protien slice.  The serving size is 2 slices.  If you can eat the 2 slices you can double those numbers.  It has the texture of regular bread.  I eat it toasted or not and it tastes great.  I got it at walmart.  It's about $3.50 a loaf but it lasts me a couple of weeks.  I usually have a slice in the morning with an egg and some cheese.
