Can you take Flintstone vitamins?  I recently had neck surgery and can't swallow my regular vitamins now.  I thought I read sometime back that some people take Flintstones Chewable vitamins.  If so, how many per day do you take?

I take Flintstone Complete on advice of my RD. At this point, she has me taking them twice a day. So far, no problems to report.

No problems to report... but you are only two months post-op!!  Not enough time for anything to show up even if you were taking NO vitamins!

The program I had my surgery with no longer recommends using them. The bariatric advantage chewables are good!

I take Flintstone Complete chewable vitamins per the doctor's recommendation. I take 2 per day. They've been just fine and doing the job.

If you JUST had your RNY how do you know they are "doing the job"?!?

Centrum makes a chewable that is more accurately formulated for adults.  I got mine at WalMart.

Flintstones do not have everything we need.  I'd suggest the Centrum chewables or Bariatric Advantage chewables instead.
