P28 Protein Bread!! I think I am in Love!!
I am hooked! At 4.5 years out, I have no problem eating an entire slice. I love it toasted. My two favorite ways so far are as an open-faced ham and cheese sandwich (heated in the toaster oven so the cheese and ham ends are crispy) and as PBJ piece of toast. I make a serving of PB2 and spread it on the toast with some SF jelly. Last night I made the PB2 with a tablespoon of DaVinci PB syrup instead of water and also added a little Splenda. It was excellent!
