You can find it to order by gong to the top of this screen next to Forums and click on Community..  it is listed as Oh Magazine under More in this area.
I ordered mine back at the end of Aug and still waiting for an issue to arrive..sigh.
I got one from my Drs office though and it is really good.

I have heard of several people who didn't receive their OH magazine in a timely fashion. I would contact them directly if you don't have it yet - my subscription wasn't speedy, and part of the delay may be the fact that there is only one issue every 2 months...but let them know!

Roasted Broccoli is easy to make. For extra color and more flavor, add sliced red bell peppers.

Prep Time: 05 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips (optional)

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix olive oil with minced garlic and salt.
3. Cut broccoli into florets. Toss with oil mixture.
4. Add red bell pepper strips if desired.
5. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring occassionally, for 12-15 minutes, or until just tender.

Sugar Free Fudge

1 can fat-free evaporated milk
1 cup Splenda Granulated
1 package Hershey Sugarfree chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix the splenda and evaporated milk and then boil until the milk is very thick.  Remove from stove and stir in the chips, vanilla and butter.

Pour into a foil-lined pan and let cool before cutting into squares.

what size can for the evaporated milk?  I love the recipe & finally found the sugarfree choc chips at Walmart 2 days ago.  Want to make this treat at Christmas but found 2 different sizes of the fat-free evap milk.

Use the 12 ounce can of evaporated fat free milk.  Walmart usually only carries the sugar-free chips at Christmas time, so I stock up when I can find them.
