A friend at work told me about a tortilla that is high fiber, low carb.  I bought a package and they taste awesome - no comparison.  I had been buying Mission Carb Control but these will be the brand purchased from now on.

They are by  Ole Mexican Brands www.olemexicanfoods.com out of Norcross, GA and are called Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps

Sounds good!  I have been hooked on LaTortilla Factory wraps.  They are insanely good.

The "soft and delicous traditional" wrap has 90cals, 3g fat, 20g carbs, 13g fiber, and 8g of protein.  That is for the 62g size (the larger one...they have smaller ones too).  I really like the rosemary one too...very similar stats.

I have been using them for quite a while now. I get them at Kroger. They have the less fat and carbs of most any of the other ones out there.

Don't think I saw those at my local HEB, but I will definitely keep my eye out for them!  Thanks!

I have been buying these for about 6 months or so.  they are very good and LOADED with fiber. I buy mine @ publix. Love to melt some cheese and Peach salsa in them! I also put pb and sugar free preserves if I am craving a pb&j sandwich. :)
