Need to be motivated to take vitamins

As someone else said, you have to find what works for you, specifically, as everyone is different.

Personally, I've struggled with staying on top of my vitamins, protein and water intake, as well, so I know the feeling of it all feeling like too much. A couple of things that helped me a lot:

1) As many chewable/gummies as possible so that I can take them any time, even if I don't have a drink on hand.

2) Keeping a little snack-sized baggie of all needed vitamins in my purse so that any time I remember, I have them.

3) Keep a supply at work b/c as someone else mentioned - I'm much more organized at work, so I remember there much more easily than when at home.

4) Water intake doesn't have to be just straigh****er. My surgeon said tea counts as well, for example. This helped me immensely b/c for some reason I hate drinking plain water (except when I'm at the gym), but tea I can drink all day long. So find something you enjoy drinking. If not tea, maybe try to Crystal Light sticks you can throw into a bottled water to give it flavor. There are loads of these out there, including higher protein varieties.

Good luck!

I have the same problem, and I probably didn't get nearly enough of my supplements in the first 6 weeks either. I'm 16 months out, and I lived to talk about it.

I still struggle with consistency. I am not an organized person, so it will always be a struggle. Here is what I bought to help me:
