I saw someone post on here the other day that they found a premade protien shake at Sam's Club - Premier Nutrition Protien Shake.  OMG how delicious is that!  Low cals & 30 g protien.  I'm in heaven!!!

Just wanted to share.

I agree!!  But I buy them at Costco!!

They are the best!  I have been drinking them now for 5 weeks and have not gotten tired of them!!  Its like drinking some chocolate milk, which I always loved!!  I just started pureed foods this week, but plan on keeping them as one meal a day after going to regular food!

That was me who posted that. I am really glad you like them. I do too. Someone at my local support group had them and told us about them. Our NUT, who was at the group meeting said they were very good for us after she had checked out the label.

Lorriane, they are ready to drink....11 oz.  I don't have the stats handy on sugar, calories, etc. but they more than meet my nut's requirements for low sugar, low fat, high protein.  Go to the nutrician log in OH and type in "Premier".  It's the first thing that comes up... the Premier protein shake 30 grams of protein.   I'm a very picky eater.. .and I can tolerate these.

Yes, and guess what?  Their vanilla ones are even better (my Costco doesn't carry those so I order them directly on line from Premier)... and you know what else?  They make protein cookies.  Yes, protein cookies.  10 grams of protein per cookie (and one cookie is one serving even though they package them in twos).  Yummy.  They make chocolate chip and a few others... check it out on line.    However, I do not recommend their protein water.  YUCK!!!!!

I used to like them. A lot.  I even add them to my coffee instead of a creamer.  But after a while - not sure why, I could no longer drink them.  Now - even if I try to force feed that - it would not stay in.  O well... Enjoy them.
