California Roll, no rice

 Frieneny. You just made me laugh. What a perfect description of my old friend rice. lol

another  good sushi option that I had the other day was at this restaurant called Ra (it is a chain, so many locations) it is called the "ra"llipop and it is tuna, salmon, yellowtail, spicy tuna mix, lettuce, asparagus, cucumber wrapped in lo bok (which is a Japanese radish type veggie, no radish taste though).  It is then skewered so it looks like a lollipop, they served it with some sauce, but I didn't use the sauce.  All protein and Veg no rice... it was delicious!  Check it out at a restaurant near you, or try to make your own (didn't look hard to make).
