Quit snacking with things that are unhealthy. Kick the simple carbs to the CURB! Get that body exercising. Go outside to exercise....this good weather won't last forever. Get your fluids in as well.

Don't skip any meals....PROTEIN!!!!!!!!

I'd make an  appointment with your surgeon and dietician.  How much weight have you gained?  I am amazed that you could possible eat enough food four months after surgery to gain weight even if you were eating the wrong things.

And if you haven't already, consider finding a therapist with some experience with the WLS community. There are a variety of reasons we got to our largest weights, and only the physical ones are addressed by WLS. The mental and emotional ones can be even more powerful, and dealing with those will not only help you get on track, but help you have the best long term success. Good luck and congrats for identifying your problem and asking for help. Those are hard things to do and you should be proud of yourself for doing them.

first of all, if I was you, start writing down everything you eat and drink in a day. I thought I was falling of the wagon too. But soon as I started to hold myself accountable for what I ate and drank, I realized I was on the right path and I haven't slipped. I measure and weigh everything I eat. And I mean EVERYTHING! And like the others on here said, get out and exercise. I do some sort of exercise everyday. I log that too in my food/drink diary

Can you explain more...what is it that you are eating and how much?? I am 5 months out and am also able to eat much more then I was able to before. Remember that your weight can change from day to day. I get on the scales and am down, then can get on the next day and am up. I have found for me it is easier to stay off the scales for a few days at a time. How much have you regained???
Quick ??? for myself...how in the world do you display 2 tickers at the same time??? trying but no results!

Some examples of what I can "cheat" with, been to a couple of birthday parties, a baby shower, a wedding and found that I could eat the cake but stayed away from the icing, whole wheat crackers and cheddar cheese spray,  and diet sodas. I found myself craving these things.
