Before I buy yet another tub of protein "stuff", I need to know...do the tubs of Isopure Zero carb powder mix nice and clear like the ready to drink glass bottles of the same stuff (like the grape frost, alpine punch, etc)?  I feel I'm being very environmentally unfriendly with all those bottles but if it's not going to mix up right, it will be a waste.  Can't "stomach" drinks that are cloudy or milky.

Nope , not even close to the same. They don't resemble each other in taste either.

Foods have color and texture to them.  The Isopure powders I found to be very tolerable, but did have a texture some may not like. Personally,  I found the Isopure ready made drinks in those bottles (made of glass 4 years ago) to be very bad tasting. I purchased 6 of them the day I got home from my surgery. I was unable to finish any one of the flavors I had chosen.  I threw all of them away.  Another choice might be to get a unflavored whey isolate protein powder that you mix with foods. Many in my support group use the generic unflavored whey isolate protein I have noted on my profile page, blogs, profile story, and personal web site.  It can be mixed with hot or cold foods. I mix it with oatmeal, SF puddings, make shakes, add to veg. refried beans or mashed yams, etc.  No flavor alteration to the food either.  Just an option you might consider for your protein supplementation. Dave,
Thanks for saving me a pile for money not buying the pwedered Isopure.  The bottles stuff is actually quite good now. IThey had a 9 bottle variety box "for a limited time only" at GNC so i got to try a bunch of flavors.  I bought  2 (yep-stupid-did it to save shipping costs) of unjury unflavored.  Hate it right now-just can't stomach it 3 weeks out. Will try when I'm getting more kinds of foods to begin adding it to foods as you suggest.  Thanks for your always valuable posts.
