Please Help - Craving Pepperoni Pizza

I'm having a bad craving day!  I am craving pepperoni pizza!  I haven't cheated and don't plan on it so when I crave something i post on here for support!  I love you guys!!!

I had pizza the other night...just took the topping off of the crust and ate the topping only.  Cheese, ground beef and a little tomatoe sauce, all stuff on my food plan!

I made the baked ricotta recipe and topped it off with some turkey pepperoni! It was very good and kind of satisfied that pizza thing.

I say try the pizza.  Pizza was my favorite I literally ate it at the very least 3 times a week before surgery but now...I can't stand it or french fries! :(

I'm glad I never liked french fries.  I hope that my favorite foods B4 are going to gross me out now.  You're lucky for that!  Thanks!

I take sliced chicken breast (thin from deli), slice of cheese pizza sauce and turkey pepperoni and heat in microwave, tastes great!

 Hi,

Ok here you go.

On Netrition.com they sell Josesph's middle eastern pita bread.  It is 60 calories for the pita and 6g protein.  I freeze them and take 1 out and put in a pan with butter spray and heat for a couple of min.

I put on a little tomato sauce, oregano, garlic, low fat shredded cheese, turkey pepperoni, sometimes mushrooms and onions.  Great pizza.

I also found landis steak sandwich meat 94% fat free at shoprite.  They are like stea****  90 cal

I make the steak sandwich meat, mush, onion and 1 oz alpine lace provolone cheese.  Great steak sandwich.  I don't use the pita as a pocket, I put stuff on top of it.

Really really good stuff.

Get creative.  Head hunger will lead to your demise.
