I've been eating off of this salmon salad all week (salmon/mayo/lemon juice/hot sauce) - no troubles.  I was actually really surprised at how well it went down since it was only a few weeks ago when tuna was my arch nemesis.

Then I sit down to eat it today and 3 bites in I'm cursing the gods!  Maybe I wasn't chewing as well as I'd thought.  Maybe this SOB pouch is trying to keep me on my toes.  Maybe I'll lay off the tuna and salmon for another month.

ARGH!  Now I gotta do some pouch pilates to get this **** on the move.  Hope the coworkers don't mind my contortions and hiccups.

Pouch pilates - where do I sign up?!  I love salmon and tuna.  They sell it in little individual serving cups, like 80 calories and 18 grams of protein!  But today, the tuna just didn't agree.  Need those pilates classes soon!
