My name is Bri and I am scheduled to have my rny on 11/19, preop appointment on 11/3, and I start my liquid diet on 11/12.  I have a 6 year old son and a 2 year old daughter.  I'm very excited, nervous, and scared at the same time.  

Hi Bri, I think your emotions are very normal.  I know I am going through the exact same thing!  Best wishes on your liquid diet!  I know you can do it!

Lol...Add me too please.  I will be having RNY on Nov.11th in Rome Ga.  I go tomorrow for my last pre-op visit and for pre registration at the hospital there.  I also get everything to start my liquid diet for two week prep before surgery..woohooo..umm..yea..umm..lol..trying to be excited..lol..I know its for the best though.  I will do what it takes to make surgery safer to come home for the kids...lol..well..at least I will have a three day vacation from them while having surgery!!!!..Kidding!!!!!...lol..they are great kids.

Hello...my date is 11/4.  I go Thur for my pre-op testing.  Still trying to get the remodel on my house finished and everything cleaned before surgery.  I really wasn't expecting the insurance to approve me in less than 2 weeks!  So...I am in a rush!!!!

Being in a rush is a good thing when it comes to insurance approval and a surgery date! LOL

Hi all of you November RNY'ers!  It's fabulous to hear of all of your upcoming surgeries!  I just wanted to take the time to tell you all congrats and I can't wait to follow all of your wonderful progress in the upcoming months!

Congrats again and best wishes for a speedy recovery.  I'm offline as of Saturday, I will be in Phoenix shopping for my surgery on Monday.  Woohoo less than a week!

Well it was nice to meet all of you and I hope that we keep in touch but unfortunately my surgery was pushed back today.  I will not be having surgery until Dec 3rd now (tear).  I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed but I guess everything happens for a reason.  I hope the December group is as nice as all of you!
