starbucks spinach artichoke quiche
I don't know what the stats are for their quiche either but it can't be too bad since quiches are generally made primarily with eggs. Eggs = protein. If it had cheese as well then all the better as a protein source. And the spinach had a bit of iron and fiber. I vote it was probably a good choice. Besides, at 4 months out you can hardly eat enough to slow your weight loss journey. Keep researching and I'm sure the stats will come up and you'll then know how often you can indulge in that divine treat. I'm a all-things-in-moderation person. Barring the obvious stuff of course that could causing dumping, etc. :o)
