Today's Wow Moment (with pic)

Those are wonderaul WOW moments and thanks for sharing.  It helps to keep us all motivated, and we like to say "attagirl" to you too!

You look great and blend in well.  I had to search for u too!

The photo is great Pam and you look just like everyone else. About the mirror thing however- I have to walk by a whole wall of reflective plate glass on my way to the admissions office at our hospital - someties several time a day. Do you think I can avert my eyes from my reflection - nope - impossible. Same thing as I'm drying my hands in the washroom at work - despite seeing a few more grey hair which I honestly earned - I love what I see! So those glimpses of new selves - we earned it!

You are so inspiring!  You validate any doubt in my mind that in two days, I am doing what I need to do to become a healthier person! THANK YOU!!

You look wonderful....  I cannot wait until I can see what everyone else can see.  I still see the overweight person in the mirror.

Hi Pam. It has been a while  for me here on OH but thought I'd check in. Of course I see your still very active sharing your life with others and helping them along their journey's. Congratulations on your WOW moment. These do seem to pop up when we least expect it and are  very welcomed times. It looks like your still chasing life along with your interests catching them in abundance and having a lot of fun out there. Your a very positive insperation to all of us. Talk to you soon.
