Here I felt like giving up. I go into 2-4 weeks of not losing an ounce! I feel so down because of it. I'm so happy for you both. Congratulations to both of you. Thank you for giving me hope! I sure need it. Alizka

1st goal to be under 200. Done! 2nd goal to be just obese. Third goal is to be under 170 by Thanksgiving 2009. I Pray I can make it. I know the Lord will help me through this.

7 Months out to the date ~ Total loss of 100 pounds!! October 3, 2010: 179 pounds
February 1, 2011 ~ weigh 146 pounds
awwww If I could I would jump up and shout out in joy to congrats you guys....but probably would wake up the sister and then we would have a roll down lol. But you guys look soooo so great. This is what I call TEAM WORK....sticking with each other thru THICK and thin. Congrats to the both of you and I can't wait to join you guys on the loser bench.
