I've read your posts/responses to others posts in the past about how good it is and since I am not a yogurt eater, I never got excited.  I have never liked yogurt, unless it was frozen topped with goodies but last night I bought some since the K-Roger had it on sale last week.  I bought 5 of them for $2 without even trying it knowing I could pawn it off on my hubby if I didnt' like it.  I brought on to work today for my morning snack and just opened it up.  I'm not even done eating it but had to share.  This stuff is  Yummy!  I'm so excited since I have a new and easy food for my lunch box.  How easy can peeling back a foil liner be?  We even have spoons at work so I have no excuses.

OMG I'm so excited, really and truly!   This is better than the greek yogurt I was forcing down and WAY cheaper!  For those of you who have never tried it, here are the stats.

One container is 6 ounces and one full serving.
80 Calories
Total Fat 1.5 grams
Total Carbs 4 grams (3 net carbs)

Yep, I'm a convert too.  I also put a carton in my protein shakes to up the protein count and improve the texture.  Works really well.

Our local Kroger doesn't carry all the flavors Shari mentioned, but the cherry is my favorite.

I love carbmaster!  I'm out right now and need to stop and buy more.  I usually get about 24 containers at a time.

My favorite carbmaster recipe:

1 Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt
2 T. PB2
1 T. Splenda

Mix well.  Use as a dip for apple slices.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Hi Sara,

Please check your messages. Thanks.

I am so jealous!  My local Kroger does not carry the Carbmaster yogurt; and I live in CIncinnati, Krogers home base!  I think I will travel a few extra miles to the new "super" Kroger and see if they carry it.

I'm jealous...the closest Kroger is 80 miles away.  I'm going to wait until it's a bit cooler down here in the SE and then I'll go load up a cooler full of them (and yes I'll make sure I watch expiration dates!)

I want some!!!!!  I avoid yogurt because of the carbs, and I would get that in a heartbeat but as far as I know we have no Kroger's down here.     Not fair...

HEY!! I have been talking about this yogurt for 6 years!! Really, I have been eating ever since my surgery 6 years ago!!
It is really good, I love it. The greek yogurt, not so much.
You should also try cottage cheese with sugar free cherry pie filling on top.
