LMAO! I just used a can of pumpkin today for a pie!! I'm not that extremist mama!

AND! I'll have you know that just today I hauled in my first 'grass fed free range' pumpkin from our patch out back.

But we aren't eating it - it's part of my fall decor.

so there.

ummmm hey I totally have AWESOME food porn pics of my banana bread but I couldnt figure out how to put them in the post. I used to do it all the time but something has changed cause my old method doesnt work :(

I just put em on my profile and linked em, but who looks at links nowadays ;)

I bery glad you found a good version for you. All I do is say heeey I want nanna bread, so then I search out a good normal nanna bread recipe on the net and substitute whatever I can. Usually I sub protein powder for flour, low fat margerine for butter/margerine and splenda for sugar, after that it just a bit of experimenting to get the right consistency. Also I add more baking soda/powder than normal recpes cause protein powder must be heavier than flour and doesn't raise as well.

Now I simply demand some good samaratin out there put my beautiful nana bread pics in this post or I will cry!

snuggles and huggles to ya hottie shari ;)

This looks yummy.  I always make Banana Bread at Christmas time for my office and for my family.  It'll be interesting to see if they notice the difference!  :)

Ok I have a question, i know you and PK are making these into breads and such. could you make muffins with this recipe or would it have to be adjusted at all?? thanks
