Do you track your food intake? Are you eating enough? Drinking enough water? Taking your vitamins/supplements. I notice when I start slacking in those three areas in particular the scale comes to a halt. I've been eating more calories the last few weeks. It took a while (and I even went up a little) but I am back in a downward motion on the scale finally.
