Written from the heart and the blood, sweat and tears of experience.  Thanks for the encouragement.  I've bookmarked your post, so I can pull it out later when I feel a "pitty party" coming on.

The experience of those that have gone before me is invaluable.  My daily support.  Thanks.

Amen, sister! Can I get a witness?! While reading your post I envisioned you standing with a microphone in the center of a football arena with thousands of screaming fans cheering you on.

I just had a conversation with my daughter this mornng about an obstacle she's having with her student financial aid. My basic message to her was that, yes, this is gonna be a pain in the butt, but you can work it out. Very practical advice, but not really very inspiring. I'm gonna email her your post and I promise she'll be inspired, not only to work out the financial aid issue, but to make the most of her schooling, even when it's hard. Thanks for sharing in such a powerful way!

Shari you are a inspiration and yes I can do this.  I love reading your posts and amazed at how often you take the time to answer peoples questions even if they have been posted 200 times before.   I like reading about what you eat and getting suggestions on getting in the protein and you are right time to put those nasty shakes back into my eating plan to up the protein.  I can do this.  Have a great weekend!
