Let's see, try something different is my motto this week. Yesterday it was California flat bread with almond butter.  Today, adding in some ground flax seed for the "poo" issue.

B: Coffee
     DD Wake Up wrap
S: greek yogurt w/SF caramel syrup and 2 tblsp. ground flax seed (it was ok)
L: chili
S: apple and string cheese
D: haddock and veggie
S: tapioca w/whip cream

About 1050 calories, 78 gr. protein, 53 carbs, and only 12 gr. fiber... hmmmm....

Bought a pedometer so my goal is to track my step and get in 10,000 + daily. I did good yesterday did 10,000+ which mens i burned 450 calories and had a total on 5 almost 6 miles done. Water is going down already had 50 oz this morning and it's only 9:45am.

B= 1/2oz cottage cheese, 1/2 oz apple sauce and a little Davinci raspberry sf syrup, it was 1oz of goodness.
L= 1/2 oz Southwest eggbeaters and 1/2 oz wendy's chilli
D=1/2oz W's chili and 1/2oz of i dont know what yet.

Today it's off to Whole Foods for non-dairy foods for the kiddo and greek yogurt for me.  Then Wal-Mart to get school supplies.

today i'll be going to the gym and working out and weighing - hoping for good news on the scale - i don't feel smaller.  i have been doing spectacularly bad on my goal to exercise every day, but something is up immune-wise plus i had my period PLUS we have been active in other ways.  i'm hoping post-PMS things will get better.

EDIT: did the gym, had a great workout (for me anyway) - 25 minutes on the treadmill, did 1.25 miles, then 4 sets of deadlifts with a small (25lb) weight and lots of stretching. 

My weight has gotten confusing because i weight at the doctors, then the gym, then the doctors, then the gym, then the doctors, then the gym.  The first time i weighed at the gym, i determined that the gym scale was 1.5 pounds over because i had just come from my doctor's office.  So had been using that formula.  The last 3 weighins by the formula were: 188.5 gym (actual read 190), then 190.2 at the doctor 2 days later, and now about a week later 187 (actual gym scale read 188.5).  So it looks like maybe the gym scale was fixed, or maybe i put on some water weight in the two days before i went to see the doctor, because i was pre-period and i retain usually several pounds the week before. My god my life is complicated!!!  Being one to err on the side of delayed gratification, I'm going to stop substracted 1.5 pounds from the gym scale.  So my weight does not appear to have changed in the last couple of weeks, what a drag.  I have been working with weights, too, and could have put on some muscle, which is fine.  The bottom line is my spidy sense tells me i have not shrunk recently, but i have not gained either.  I think I just have to wait it out a while longer.  I haven't been to the gym in a week, and i think i HAVE to work out to lose.  I just want to go down a size... that's my next goal.  Screw the scale.

RNY 6/16/09 - Last weighed 10/27/2011 weighed 151 lost 52 pounds  66% toward personal goal  of 125, six pounds from unofficial unpretentious goal of 145lbs......basically very happy.   boo-rah, RNY!

So friends...it is hump day and a beautiful one at that!  Me...well...I NEED CAFFEINE!!! DIdn't get much sleep and have a long day at work. Still working on fixing my spa. I do not want to pay for a service call so I am determined to figure out the problem myself!  After work I'll take a walk. I want to be off my post surgery restriction to add back in some other types of activities.

B~ Banana Split protein shake
Coffee w/ SF hazelnut creamer (all morning)
S~ Cherry cobbler yogurt
more coffee - switched to SF vanilla creamer
L~ Since coffee doesn't quite qualify as a food group, I'll be having crab & shrimp salad with a couple of crackers
SF raspberry iced tea (still need caffeine, but ready to mix up the beverages)
S~ Dove dark chocolate square
D~ lentil soup and some grilled veggies.

Need more calories today, didn't even get close yesterday, had a whole adventure with a frantic call and a drive to church camp.... anyway, dinner didn't go as planned.

1) click and coffee mixed
2) handful of almonds
3) meatloaf, greenbeans and a spoonful of mashed taters
4) 2 snack size dark chocolate w/ peanuts (hey I needed more calories)
5) rest of meatloaf
6) smoothie or protein shake

If that don't do it, I don't know what will!!

D - Not sure yet - FREEDOM!  My husband and son are going away for a few days and I have the house to myself.  I might get somtheing special.....

No working out now for a while....my GP thinks I really messed up the area around my non-existant knee and have to stay away for anything that puts pressure on the lower body.  My "job" for this weekend is to try and get exercises I can do while sitting, stretchbands, etc....
