Dinner Friday night at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (*warning--foodee post)

Fogo's is amazing. I love it and have enjoyed it with  my husband a couple of times since my RNY. I just have a little bit of everything.

OMG!  That does should delicious.  My BFF goes to these places once in a while when he's traveling for business and always tells me how much he ate and how amazing the food is.  It's hard to imagine - but I'd love to give it a try one of these days.  Yummmm.....

For my twenty-first birthday a few months ago, my parents took me to one of these places. Oh my gaw ... good! The sheer amount of food that came past our table was pretty unbelievable. And tasty!

Oooh, now I could really go for some plantains! Too bad I'm stuck in dietary purgatory (AKA London with cafeteria food) at the moment.

I have a few Brazilian steak houses near me, but dang that one puts ours to shame!   Yummmm

Mmmmmm....sounds good. While you were doing that Jen was introducing me to the wide wonderful world of Jersey diners. The menu was like the friggin Iliad! I loved it. I am SO moving to Jersey. 

That all just sounds...nom!

I gotta do my foodie report from the weekend but Shari...I had cheesecake! From Cheesecake Factory (sugar free but stil...). A whole. Friggin. Slice. In a sitting. Just for me. Like I was the only one eating it. I was not afraid!

Mind you me and the elliptical will have the long kiss goodnight next week but it was SO worth it.

That looks Yum-O awesome!  I had the non-sugar-free Key Lime Cheesecake last night (I blame the divas--they got all gooey-eyed at Cheesecake Factory--Suuuure, blame the kids, that's not right!)  Anyway I called it dinner and didn't even look up the 450 cabillion calories, I don't wanna know.  Probably a good thing I don't dump on sugar unless it's like 150 grams per serving, or I woulda been on the floor.  Glad you had a nice time and hope you're continuing to heal nicely.  

There's a Fogo de Chao in Philly, babe.  Just sayin'...  There's another one closer to Tom that's called Na Brasa.  Are you sensing a future field trip?

I LOVE that place.  In NYC, there's a Brazilian BBQ called Churrascaria Plataforma that's OMG, out of this world DIVINE.

Yeah, I'm all about the protein buffet...

In Memphis we have Texas De Brazil, Nice bit of info, they do lunch and it's bout 1/2 the night time charge. They have a nice salad bar with all kinds of cheese and pickles and very nice greens. Also the do the pass around meats that are to die for. Nice wine list too!
