How many oz's in sugar free Popsicles?

I noticed people consider sugar free Popsicles towards their liquid intake. How many oz's are in one pop?

Both Popsicle brand and Chapmens are 50ml, which is just under 1.5oz

i was always told to count them as 2 oz by my NUT..but ask yours to be sure

According to my surgeon's office Popsicles, jello, soup all count towards to water count I got out today and told at least 30 oz a day .. 3 Popsicles and I am stuffed.
