I've used this many years ago when I was doing Atkins. At first, I had a hard time the texture because I wanted it to be just like what I was used to. Yes, I was expecting a miracle.

Now, I will get some again, and expecting it to be like Carbquick, and not like what I've always used. You know what they say, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different outcome.

Maybe I'm not insane after all, and just a little nuts? LOL

Can you give me a suggestion as to what you typically order from the netretion web site? I think I am going to place an order. Thanks for posting this. I think this is a good meal that would freeze well. I bet my family will enjoy it also.
