Nik, Thank you for such an important post.

Pam, I appreciate your intelligent, clear approach to a difficult, confusing process. You are truly a gifted teacher & an inspiration to us all. I admire your willingness to share what you have carefully researched & thought through.

Which brings me to what I love best about you...your generous, caring  spirit. Honestly, I don;t know how you remain so patient sometimes and am amazed, with your busy life, how much you give to everyone on these boards... again & again.

You deserve all the best in life! I wish you love, health & happiness always  ~ Jo

I agree, when I first came to OH Pam was one of the first to give me encouragement and inspiration.I had a hard time moving my butt to get the exercise in.Pam helped me with that also. When I complained about having a hard time eating she told me the farther out from surgery the less these days will occur.I think about you often Pam while I am walking.I wish I lived closer to your neck of the woods to meet you.But you are the BOMB!

I will add my two cents too.

Pam T is just as nice and informative in person as she is on the board.  She runs our local support group and does everything she can to help everyone.

Yes, I stalk her on OH, looking for what she posts, just to see what I might learn for the day.

I think every newbie needs to print out Pam's blog on vitamins and put it in their WLS binder.

My surgeons PAs were VERY impressed by all the good info she has.

/cheer Pam!
