RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
Oh and we're almost done unpacking!!!! YAY! We have to finish putting together the office and reorganize some stuff in the garage. Then hang curtains and shelves in the kids rooms and we are SETTLED, ahhhh!
Today's eats:
B - cheddar stick and crackers
L - probably Chick Fil A with my girl
D - either no noodle lasagna or leftover taco soup
dunno about snacks yet!
Pre-B: carnation instant B-fast no sugar added) with milk and a scoop of protein powder
B: Cottage cheese , bit of pineapple and 1 mini banana nut protein muffin
S: 1 light string cheese
L: a scoop of Eggface's mexican lasagna, 1/2 apple with 1tbsp of almond butter
S: other half of the apple with 1tbsp of almond butter, 1 mini banana nut protein muffin if i'm feeling it
D: insides of a greek chicken pita (chicken, onions, olives, seasonings)
I have classes tonight so no workout but lots of walking at an urban campus :)

I shouldn't have had the loaded potato soup at O'Charleys, but I was at lunch with some folks, and it was just the quickest and easiest thing to grab. Way too many carbs.
