We started two years ago today-- we lost 136 pre-op.

My RNY was 7/16/07--- his was 4/23/08.

We each lost 68 pounds pre-op-- he had an extra 9 months to do it though-- I did it in 4. I reduced my intake to about 1200 calories a day and increased my exercise (which back then meant walking half a mile three times a week.) I ate protein-forward and tried to limit white carbs, just as I do now.

Thanks-- I was fortunate to be pretty easy on the eyes as a larger woman, ayuh. Interesting to look at how deep I am from front to back though-- it's kind of hard to believe.
