Jupiters Buffale Chicken recipe?

Can someone post it or link me up to it...I thought I had it saved but I guess not...I went all the way back in Jan to find the post but still could not find it...ahhhh

I know she is always so busy with recipe requests or i would have Pmed her directly....I am sure someone has it saved, LOL

I think this is what you are looking for. It is a staple of mine. I like it hot with the 4 tablespoons.

Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken
  LOW FAT/HI PRO/SUPER LOW CARB CHICKEN AND BLEU CHEESE SPREAD...if you're on purees, toss it in the blender before heating!

1 Lg can chicken (12.5 oz)
2 oz 0% fat greek yogurt
2 oz non fat cream cheese
4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot sauce
3 tbsp crumbled bleu cheese
a few shakes onion powder

Moo**** all together in a pot, stir until warmed through and melty. Great with crackers or on flatbread for pizza, or just by the forkful-- especially good topped with melted cheese!

As above, per serving (makes 3 servings of about 1/2 cup each)--- terrific numbers!!!

1 g carbs
24.3 g protein

When I made it 4 tablespoons of hot sauce made it way too hot for me, so the only thing I changed was using less hot sauce.  I probably used more like 4-6 teaspoons :)

In my recipe I think it's 2 tbsp hot sauce. I don't like hot stuff so much!

I love the STUFF!!!    The only slight variation I did was using Franks Buffalo Wing sauce instead of Hot Sauce.  I am making more this weekend in fact!
