loose pants, then tight ones after eating?
Also, anyone else having a hard time now watching what they eat> I have been very bad.......

There ya go. Simple carbs will expand in your gut causing lots of gas and discomfort in your rerouted intestines. Avoid those to prevent lots of uncomfortable gas and bloating. And it's still in there even if you've eaten healthy at the meals where you've experience it. Cut down the simple carbs, cut down the gas.



Carbs make your stomach swell. That's why I say " I wasn't obese all those years. I just ate too many carbs." Bwahaha!
One thing I have found after losing so much weight. Even after a regular compliant normal size wls friendly meal, NO GAS, my stomach protrudes. I notice every single thing in my abdomen, stomach, everywhere in that area..... prior to wls I was so big, I did not notice a 5 lb weight if someone were to have set it on me !
Even being bloated slightly, I feel that a lot. My pants aren't loose and then tight after eating, but one day I get up and they may be snug due to bloatation.
I agree with the others. Lay off the carbs, leave out the bread, stay away from the gas causing foods.... it will cause you to feel better emotionally, mentally and physically...
