Any idea what you ate that triggered such a nasty little episode?

I'm only curious - I'm trying to track what i eat better to understand more clearly the things that cause such gut wrenching responses.

It's different for everyone, I'm sure - just curious what your triggers are.....

How's the weight thing going?  Pop back down to normal yet?   I've been sporadically reading posts so I'm behind the times.

you catch up yet? im waitin on ya

oh and you asked - (duh the important part) - i know i get gassy if i eat tatos or overdo the  carbs, simple or complex. buuuuut yesterday was "GET YOUR PROTEIN IN MORON" day so there was very little carbing going on. I had a half cup of kashi just to keep the fiber goin and a 10g low carb tortilla, that was it.

Oh and a chocolate chip cookie... (oops)

WOOHOO!  Down 2 lbs!  I told you it was lack of protein!  I'm down another pound this morning so I only got three more to go!

You are wise O terri (and have the best ass muscles). I'm pissed at my genes right now - I am getting NICE definition in my shoulders and upper back, but my friggen triceps are still nowhere to be found. Annoying. I just want a leeeeeeeeetle muscle to show there to hide my flab flap (it aint bad but its there).

Are you working those triceps correctly?  Many people just work their biceps and THINK they are working their triceps.  NOT!

I would love to know what my triggers are, but I can't see a pattern.
One day last week (after some carbs), my plumbing was in all sorts of diabolicals - very noisy and very painful. I wondered if the carbs were to blame.

Yesterday I got to attend an all-day Photoshop seminar. Lunch hour was super rushed and very limited choice. I ended up lining up for nearly 30 minutes for one lukewarm slice of old, plain cheese pizza.
I expected all sorts of consequences from that pizza, but NOTHING happened.

I don't dump and I have no real problems with any food, but I have NO clue why some days I rumble like crazy (with and without major gas pains).

I haven't seen that pattern, but now that you mention it, I'll pay closer attention to it.
Thank you!

I agree with not hurting the dog...but you'd better believe I'd be at the neighbor's house this morning...showing them what their dog did...and making sure THEY cleaned it up.  Perhaps if they had to clean his mess a few times they would be more responsible in keeping him where he belongs.
