     5 oz greek yogurt with 1/4 cup KashiGoPoop™

S: Slice of micro banana cake wiyth nuts (1/7 of cake) with 1 tablespoon Power PB peanut butter and cinnamon

S: 1.5 oz turkey jerky

D: Taco pizza-- 1/2 1 Flatout Sundried Tomato wrap, toasted, 4 oz Chi Chis Taco beef, 1 oz shredded cheddar ,2 tbps salsa, 2 oz greek yogurt

S: Cup of Only 8 Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Textured Vegetable Protein - unflavored, then takes on the flavor to whatever you add it to.  It's little dried flakes that you can add to just about anything.  2 Tablespoons has 80 Cals and 10g of protein.  You can use it in place of rice like Shari does, or add it to oatmeal, chili, topping for yogurt, whatever.

You might be able to find it in the little bags by Bob's Red Mill. I find it in my grocery stores bulk section.

Ack! Food!

Today is District Inservice, so we meet for six thirty-minute classes and then have lunch.... I'm not used to planning for weirdo days like this one.

1. yoghurt Really had a fruit cup and 1 oz beef jerky... sticking to turkey jerkey, tyvm.
2. protein shake

4. Possibly a 6 inch sub with no trimmings (if hubby goes to buy it) otherwise 1.5 ounces turkey jerkey Had the turkey jerkey
5. soup Tortilla soup
6. Chicken/cheese rollups.


jeepers, that faux fried rice sounds extremely delish. This weekend I'm going shopping... I'll see if I can get me some TVP and try that stuff out! Sounds good!

L - 3oz turkey and cottage cheese

S- nachos with black beans, nacho cheese, greek yogurt, black olives, and jalapenos

D- 3 oz turkey and cottage cheese

S - 97% FF Hebrew National beef frank

Today is the employee luncheon I've been helping to plan so it will be a busy day!

In my continuing sugar-free pie quest I made sweet potato pie yesterday.  Was proud that I took approximately one bite to confirm that it was good and have not touched the thing since (carb city...granted on Thanksgiving I'm giving myself permission to have pie and will accept any and all consequences thereafter).

B - Mocha protein shake
L - chicken fajita salad (lettuce, tomato, chicken, guacamole, sour cream, a little bit of cheese)
S - grapes and a cheddar cheese stick
D - turkey and vegetable chili
LNS - the last piece of my 5 minute cake with a little PB (didn't eat it last night)
