It's official, my pouch is huge!!!
yep, some good info here, i agree that i had ZERO sensation of being "full" until just recently. I'm nearly 5 months out and am finally starting to get "full"....like others have said just be sure that you're measuring your food and stopping when you've eaten your 4 oz. because you don't want to stretch out your stoma.

MY STORY: imthebiggestloser.blogspot.com/
First of all ur a man and we all know how well u guys lose...lol....but dude ur losing weight eating like that......I feel like Im starving sometime and the weight is coming off so slowly. I would have to agree with Daniel a little bit on the fact u still need to be careful until uve established good eating habbits. Dont worry just stick to the plan for a life time change.

Thanks for all the feedback, I guess I'll just sit tight and hope the feeling comes. In my defense, though, I'm not sitting around eating tacos and cheeseburgers everyday. Those both happened once in my three months post-op. I might add that the tacos were made with corn tortillas and were not fried.
As for the weight coming off, I have been busting my butt at the gym with a personal trainer as well. I've been able to drop 3% body fat in the last three weeks which equates to about 8 pounds of fat! Of course, I've been doing a lot of resistance training as well so the net weight loss isn't as big because I'm gaining muscle.
Another fear I have is that I don't dump off of sugar (at least not on small amounts of it). I had a few spoons of chocolate ice cream once and nothing happened. Then over the weekend I had a 2" square piece of homemade ice cream cake and nothing happened either. I did some extra cardio to offset the sweets I ate but I was kinda hoping I was going to be a dumper.
