I'm 6 months out and I'm basically doing fish and some occasional eggs/beaters/whites.  I'm not very picky.  Usually if I find one thing that I like to eat, I'll eat it for a very long time.  That's the way I am with fish right now.  I'm averaging about 500 calories and 60+ grams of protein a day and that seems to be working for me.

Um, well, fortunately (or unfortunately), I can pretty much eat anything. And I live at home, so I often eat whatever protein is cooked for dinner.

But, some of my staples at 4 months (and still are) are:
Eggface Bites (crustless mini quiches)
Eggbeaters
Fage Greek yogurt
Protein cereal
Soy Crisps
Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Cheddar and Pepper Jack cheeses
Turkey Bacon
Italian Turkey Meatballs - used a Food Network recipe and used ground turkey breast.

If I'm eating solid protein, like steak, chicken, turkey, I *try* to stick to 2oz max of the protein. And usually I'll have a few bites of salad or veggie (if this is dinner).

Hope that helps!

I had mine on 3.19. I cant eat in the mornings....no way! I eat fish, shrimp and oysters. Im is south LA. so the seafood is quite abundant. Avacados, salads, chicken, Kay Naturals snacks, protein drinks, eggplant, tabbouleh, meat stuffed grape leaves, hummus. I eat lots of mid-eastern foods. Deli meat, cheeses and lots of fruits and veggies. Healthy!! Nothing with sugar, low fats and NO fried foods. These foods are in combination at anytime. I don't measure my foods. I eat until I get full. Also, I eat on a saucer even at a resturant. So, you know that isn't much much. Probably, around 1 cup at most. I
