Daily Rant - Tuesday Edition

You people still complaining!?!?  Jeesh. 

I have cramps, and a bad case of ICANTWAITTOQUITMYJOBITIS.  he he he I'm leaving in May, and now that I've made up my mind I can't wait to get outta here!!!!

I have a petty rant....I hate when you pay good money for a salad "to go" only to find when you go to eat it that they left your favorite item out of the salad!  I love the Panera Sesame Asian Chicken salad, mostly because of the cilantro that they put on it - no cilantro today!!!  Argh - I was so looking forward to it!

No period since October, so I thought oh good finally menopause, I'll never have to mess with that again.  but, no.  Today I am in a full blown period, cramps and all!  Maybe that's why I've been stalled for two weeks.  I am SO ready for menopause.  Plus my great new avie that was on yesterday has changed back to my old one.  WTF? Dawn

I do not feel well! I have a sore throat, head ache and my ears hurt. Stupid allergies!                                               

Baby sat my friend's kids this morning.  I wouldn't say they're bad but they are discipline challenged.  She says nothing works on them.  I don't believe that. This is one of the reasons I hate babysitting.  My kids don't do stuff like that.  It makes me angry at parents for not enforcing rules in their own home and then expecting someone else to be able to deal with them.  Her kids are REALLY out of control...but she's such a good friend.  She likes the way they act.  She calls it "spirited".  Never mind that she had to nail her windows shut because her 2 yr old and 4 yr old have both opened them and climbed out during nap.  She has to keep her deadbolt set at all times when she's home because they'll just leave.  They bite, hit, steal, and lie.  "Spirited"...uh yeah...whatever.

heheheh..spirited.. hmmm, our prisons are filled with spirited people!!!   that was mean-huh??  I have a friend who has "demon" children!!  (3,6,& 8)  Really, they are either mentally unset or need to be "exercised" by a priest.  She thinks they are just HEADSTRONG and spirited.  I say, swing some chickens and sprinkle some HOLY water...her kids are awful!! *LOL*  At least I'm not the only one looking around at other people's kids and saying WTF??? About 8 months ago we were over at her house.  Her son, who wasn't even 2 then, came running crying to her with huge purple bite marks on his back and arm.  I told her that her daughter must have bit him.  She said her daughter doesn't do things like that.  So I'm thinking, that just leaves my kids and I KNOW my kids didn't do it.  I explained that I had seen her daughter biting her own hand earlier and that she probably didn't mean to hurt him.  She went off on how she wouldn't bite herself and she wouldn't bite him.  Again I feel like she's pointing a finger at my kids.  I let it drop though. About an hour later he screamed and we turned our heads in time to see her daughter nearly taking a chunk out of his back again.  She was really apologetic after that, but please.  Her daughter is soooo mean and her son doesn't think "no" applies to him.   Her daughter will look you in the eye and deliberately do exactly what you told her not to...including whack another kid in the head with a toy.  She says that she's headstrong, spirited, and not a follower.  I say she's a brat and needs a good spanking.  She uses "time outs".  Uh...it's not working!

OH   OH  OH..my friend's evil demon spawns can top that... the oldest one (8 yr old) sits on the 6 yr old...lays him out on his stomach and sits on his back..then the 8 yr old picks the 6 yr old's nose and makes the 6 yr old eat it....EEWWWWW  (who the hell does that??) Get this....the 3 yr old will poop in the other two's bed and cover it up...then when the brother & sister go to bed..they "SLIDE" right in.  EWWWWWW Really!!!  They are sick little monsters...but my friend swares they don't need a therapist or anything.. They are also mean to animals...the 3 yr old stomped on her sleeping dog's rear leg and it had to get $5000 worth of surgery.  She tore the ligaments and cracked the hip of the poor dog.  She knows better than to pull that crap over at my house...I smack her ass..her mom doesn't dare say a word to me...MY HOUSE, MY RULES...Don't bring the devil spawns over, if you can't control them!!   Don't mess with my kids or my animals...I'm documented bipolar and I'll go all crazy on your ass, and get away with it too...LOL  (I'm kidding-kind'a) We need to start a new thread...other people's demon children..LOL Dawn
