Small frame, medium frame, large frame... Which are you?
The thing is, being obese increases bone density and thickness in many people, so we "end up" big boned, whether we started that way or not!

I'm large boned, and was when I was thin too. I'm not all that tall - 5'6", but my hands and feet tell the real story. My ideal weight is supposedly 125-149lbs, but I know I look best at 140-160lbs. Anything under 140 and I start looking too thin.

How about for those of us who are half dainty princess and half linebacker? I've got tiny hands and wrists, and fairly small feet, but my legs and shoulders and ribs are all on the sturdy side. Bah! I guess I'll worry about losing the rest of my weight to get to goal and THEN I'll worry about the rest of it.
It does occur to me though, how miraculous is it that I even have to worry about such things for the first time in my life? No matter where I land in the BMI range, it's still MUCH healthier than where I came from! That I even have to ponder things like my BMI range is frankly still dream-like to me.
