I think you'll know soon enough... if it passes through your pouch, you should be fine... unless it sprouts.  Someone else might know better than me.

OO if it sprouts you won't need lemons with water anymore, just pour and squeeze a boob?

Whoops!  Sorry, I teased you on the wrong forum.  No one is questioning your sanity, btw -- we have all swallowed things that made us worry about ourselves profoundly, one way or another, at least ONCE in our lives (whether we've had WLS or not). We won't even GO there! So ... look, if it doesn't FEEL stuck, and you can still swallow other stuff with no problem, you probably don't have anything to worry about.

shari: i have seen posts where people swallowed gum accidentally. they drank some warm tea and it all came out ok. i would think a lemon seed would pass a lot easier than gum so my guess is you will be fine. warm tea probably wouldn't hurt though. if you haven't puked yet, i'm sure it is making its way through your body as we speak. liquids, liquids liquids! judi

Particularly if you swallowed it along with other food - should be fine.  If it went down "solo" - it might be a little rough as it exits the stoma depending on how it was shaped, but you'd have already noticed that by now, so chances are good your tract will be lemony fresh with no issues later. No worries.
