GNC has a liquid multivitamin.  It works great. It is very high in vitamins.

I use a liquid vitamin at www.bariatricliquidvitamins.com . Go there and print out the supplemental fact sheet.  Compare that sheet with the supplemental facts on the Geritol bottle or your current vitamins. This should help you make a decision which may be best for you. I use the liquid vitamins based upon the supplements they provide, and the fact I do not have to swallow pills, and it actually tastes good--no vitamin taste. DAVE

I take the GNC Multi-Vitamin w/B-Complex but I take the NO IRON because I take the iron at bed time.

I buy all my vitamins and suppliments at good old Walmart.  Keep in mind that there is zero regulation in the industry so anyone can claim anything about what you take. Check with your surgeon, nut, or pharmacist.
