hi, i'm scheduled for revision surgery next month. after i had rny in 1991 i experienced dumping for many years, but this eventually went away. can anyone tell me if dumping will return after i have the revision?
It would depend on if your surgeon bypasses more intestine....if you go more distal I would be willing to bet that it will return. But the human body is unpredictable.....it learns to adapt especially the intestines.
