I am waiting for a revision of a 22 year old VBG that never worked from day one - to an open RNY. On the message board it seems to be a less then successful surgery from most that have had it. Is there anyone here who could share a success or tell me more about what the problems might be in reaching a successful weight loss?

I had a revision of a 20 year old VBG on May 3, 2005. It's been 10 weeks and absolutely NO problems or complications. I've lost 60 lbs. Dr. Fred Harris did my surgery.
