Question about revision

HI I am 4.5 yrs post. I started at 260pds and in 9 months dropped to 118. A bit over 2 yrs post I started gaining weight back rapidly. I am now about 180 pds agian. I am thinking about looking into a revision but I amnot sure if I can ahve one. My original surgery, as stated on med records is: PROCEDURE: Verticle stapled gastroplasty and RNY gastric bypass. Is this a distal?? I no longer live near the original surgeon and have no insurance so it isnt easy for me to get into a dr. When I have they chalk up all my medical problems, ie: achy body, weight gain, no sleep ect., to depression. It might be but it is because of the weight gain I am depressed!
