Revision Approval Process

I found out today from my doctors office I don't need prior approval from my insurance for a revision as long as I meet all the criteria. I only have one thing left to get and they will schedule a surgery date. So now I need to find a phychologist to do an evalution to make sure I am of sound mind, know the risks of surgery and behavior changes it takes. Vonnie
