praying for band removal

So I've had my band for awhile now , absolutely hate it nothing but issues , I have been empty for over a year because I am over it. Well today I went for a fill out of sheer desperation . I weigh more now then when I had my surgery . As I spoke to the NP she asked if I ever considered a revision , ugh yeah I have .Long story short when I explained the issues I have on occasion with an empty band she said she could not give me a fill but because of those issues insurance may approve a revision (and my BMI) . Fingers crossed and prayers going up , anyone else have this type of situation ? and how did it turn out?
