TORE ( Trans Oral Outlet Reduction)

I am considering Revision to My RNY surgery , I had surgery January 2011, I started at 330 pounds my lowest was 220, I had 3 pregnancies post surgery and have gained 30 pounds . I was wondering has anyone has this procedure , I has a endoscopy that shows that my pouch has not dilated but my gastric outlet is 10x larger than it should be. Has anyone had this procedure of stitching or stapling the gastric outlet done and was it effective, and was it covered by your insurance, what other revisions are available to RNY patients?
