Gradually Creeping Weight Gain About Nine Years After RNY - Now what?

I too have gained over 60 pounds back and I feel down right disgusting. I was wondering the same thing with regard to knowing how the pouch is stretched out.

I was told during Q & A of the surgery seminar (last week) that you can't do anything to shrink your pouch.  Dr. Rana one of the 2 surgeons at Riverside Methodist Hospital (Columbus, OH said they'd have to do an upper endoscopy to see if the original surgery didn't make my pouch small enough.  I'm waiting to hear back from the office to schedule my initial consultation.

I gained too so a surgeon did an endoscopy and found that my pouch was still small but my stoma was stretched out which is causing food just to flow right out of my pouch.  I'm waiting for insurance approval for Overstitch for my stoma.  The Dr office said I probably won't get approval but I wanted to at least try before I self pay.
