Revision from vsg to gastric plication

Please share your experiences after revision from vsg to gastric plication.

That procedure hasn't had very good results at all and has fallen off of the map for a few years.  Your best bet is probably a re-sleeve or DS as a revision.

That's another procedure that has fallen off of the map for lackluster results and complications.  Having had an unsuccessful experience once already, why not get something that has been around enough to show good statistics?

Why would you want to butcher a functioning stomach with a pouch?  If that doesn't work (stoma's also stretch), then your stomach may not be able to be restored, due to so little material being left.  If your sleeve has stretched significanly, they can tighten it, but keep all working parts working unlike a bypass, then add the DS to change your body's metabolism.
