Support groups?

anyone know of any support groups in the dallas area?  I am having my revision done in Brazil so no local support groups that are run by local surgeons for their patients only. I've searched but haven't found anything. I would wven be open to just making contacts with people I could connect with by phone bc I don't know anyone who has had the revision surgery but I think a support system could be helpful
