Band to Sleeve experiences?

I live in Nanuet, NY  but my docs office is in Paramus, NJ

Well I don't have a revision, but I do have the sleeve & am very happy with my choice. I don't have that food stuck in my chest that I heard other banders have to deal with sometimes. The only time I have a problem is whenever I ate something too dry, or I didn't chew enough to get a big piece of meat down. One thing I've heard on these boards is that the VSG delivers on what the band promised to do. I never had a band, so I don't know for sure.
