Holiday Victory
I feel like for the first time in my life I have a Holiday victory. From Thanksgiving to today I have lost 8 pound. From last Monday til today Christmas week I have lost three pounds. This is the first holiday season I have lost weigh I would usually have gained 10-15 pound. If I can do this before having surgery what can I do after surgery with the tool. I am happy!!!
Congratulations! I know how you feel. I had my surgery in August and this is the first year EVER that I have lost weight during the holidays. This isn't to say that I didn't eat what I wanted on Christmas day and Thanksgiving day, but overall I've done very well, by getting back on track the day after each holiday. My sleeve is the best thing I've ever don't for myself.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
