Trying to understand where I am

I have had my bloodwork , chest X-ray, sleep study I go for my stc.eval and heart clearance first week of Dec., I have three strong letters of medical necessity ,  on Jan.8 the I go for my egd scope test and attending my second of three nut meetings everything will be done except for third nut meeting on Feb 12. About when do they usually try to get insurance clearance and get a surgery date. I just can't wait I would go tomorrow if they let me. Thanks for any information or opinions
