i started my journey at 246.5 pounds, I got down to 226 two weeks before surgery. Started my liquid diet and went into surgery at 216.8. I just weighed in for my 1 month post op and am at 202.2! I realize that is a 13 pound loss since surgery but I was so hoping to be under 200. I work out every day and am very active. My energy is amazing and I am down 2 pant sizes BUT that darn scale has me stressed out!!! Seriously only 13 lbs! I'm eating on average 500 calories a day and about 50 grams protein. And do ok with me water... I know it's not horrible but so frustraited :-(

Patience - your body is still getting used to the new 'normal.' The scale will catch up.  You're 42.3 pounds from your start weight.  Next time you're at the gym, pick up weights equal to that & walk around with them for a bit.  That used to be you 24/7 and now it isn't.  Don't let the numbers dictate your success.  You know how much better you feel.

Hang in there!

Mary

Way to go!!  I am at a complete stall and I am 4 weeks out too!  I have lost 21 lbs post op and completely came to a halt all of a sudden.  It will happen don't get frustrated.  After reading your post I am kind of relieved it is not just me.  I am so scared to not get this weight off and to fail at this!  Hang in there and now I will too!!

I had my revision in July and lost very slowly in the beginning.  252 surgery weight, I'm now 165! Once I was able to move around and eat more protein I think my weight loss took off. It will happen!!!
